Annabelle Welsh has many years of experience in recruiting top talent both in Australia and the UK. Prior to joining BG Private in 2010, she managed the office of an International Recruitment firm and worked at a Big 4 Accounting firm.

Annabelle Welsh prides herself on empathetic leadership and creating a culture of engaged high performing staff who are inclusive and diverse.

Her responsibilities include HR, Compliance, Recruitment, Staff Engagement, Performance Management, Training and Development, and Workplace Health and Safety.

In her spare time, Annabelle enjoys spending time with family, keeping fit, golf, regular catchups with friends and travelling.
