Olya Borodina has been with BG Private for more than 10 years, joining as a Senior Accountant before becoming a Team Manager and now a Senior Client Manager.

Her passion is assisting SME business owners achieve their financial goals by helping to improve outcomes in the areas of business structure, taxation and accounting.

Olya Borodina ensures she understands each client’s individual needs and challenges and has a track record of delivering results by recommending solutions that work.

Olya is highly regarded for developing long-lasting client relationships. What clients value the most is her responsiveness, ability to listen, work ethic, and her practical advice. Her ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise means she can meet tight timeframes.

No client is too big or too small. She is passionate about making a positive impact whether the client is an award-winning architect, successful law firm, in-demand property developer, well-known charity or a self-employed individual.

She is committed to continual improvement and ensuring her excellent technical skills remain current. She is enthusiastic, performance-driven and meticulous.

Outside of work, Olya loves exploring new places, cultures, traditions and languages and meeting new people. She is passionate about nutrition and keeping active, whether it’s hiking, jogging or yoga. Olya is also a big fan of tennis and soccer. A Former Rotarian, Olya also used to perform on stage, dancing ballroom and Latin American styles.
