ATO correspondence is now automated for our clients

To help ensure you don’t miss any critical ATO communications, we’ve introduced an automated system that will email ATO correspondence (e.g. tax payments, penalties, or compliance matters) directly to you when we receive it.

Please note:

• Your BG advisor may not see this correspondence — you are responsible for reviewing it and taking any necessary action

• You may receive duplicate notices via myGov, email, or post

• Not all ATO communications are captured by this system — some may still go directly to you without us receiving a copy

If the issue in the letter has already been resolved, you can disregard it. If you have questions, please contact your BG Private advisor or call us on +61 3 9810 0700.

Set up your myGov today, if you haven’t already!

To stay on top of your tax information and correspondence directly from the ATO, we strongly recommend setting up a myGov account, if you haven’t already. This allows you to securely access ATO services online and receive important updates faster.
