FAQs
Many of our Partners and Associate Partners joined the firm early in their careers – some as Graduates. Some left the firm and returned. There are many different pathways available. Based on your skills, attitude, and goals, we can help you progress through the ranks relatively quickly. You can see one example of a pathway in the graphic above.
As you reach Assistant Manager and Manager level, you will work even more closely with Partners day to day. They will provide mentorship and advocate on your behalf. You will be given clear expectations on what is required to make Partner and supported in facing the challenges ahead.
